At The Counseling Solution, we believe access to high-quality mental health care shouldn't be complicated. Below you'll find everything you need to know about session fees, accepted insurance plans, and payment options.
Session Fees
The standard session fee is $175 per session for self-pay clients. Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, HSA cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Insurance
The Counseling Solution is in-network with a wide range of insurance plans. If your plan is listed below, we will bill your insurance directly — you are responsible only for your applicable copay or deductible.

Out-of-Network Benefits
Don't see your plan listed? You may still be able to use your insurance benefits. The Counseling Solution can provide a superbill upon request — a detailed receipt of services that you submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many out-of-network plans reimburse a significant portion of session costs, depending on your individual benefits. In most cases, we can verify your benefits instantly.
