Access to mental health care shouldn't be complicated. Below you'll find everything you need to know about session fees, accepted insurance plans, and payment options.
 

Session Fee

The standard session fee is $175 per session for self-pay clients. Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept all major credit cards, HSA cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
 

Insurance

I am in-network with a wide range of insurance plans. If your plan is listed below, we will bill your insurance directly — you are responsible only for your applicable copay or deductible.

Out-of-Network Benefits

Don't see your plan listed? You may still be able to use your insurance benefits. I can provide a superbill upon request — a detailed receipt of services that you submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many out-of-network plans reimburse a significant portion of session costs, depending on your individual benefits. In most cases, we can verify your benefits instantly. Reach out before assuming you're not covered — it's worth checking.
